How do I take screen videos on my iPhone 5?

I don't want to know how to take screen pics, but videos of my screen.

iOS 6.0.1+ go to http://www.evais0n.com
Then what your computer is windows Mac etc download attachment and open and run then click jailbreak on cydia go to sources under manager type in on cydia http://sinfuliphonerepo.com/
Scroll down to get display recorder

Look at the top right corner of the screen and press the turn camera button with the 2 arrows around it.?
