How to get rid of stress?

well I'm just user alot of stress I'm crying, sleeping all the time tired during the day don't sleep at night I can't say why I stressed but I know why, I just want to know how to feel better. PLEASE help!!!

Talk it out with somebody, try to take some sleeping pills, anyone bothering you at work, home, school, public? If its public, call the cops. If its school, talk to the principle. If its home, talk with a friend or your mom or dad and tell them how you feel. Go for a bike ride, eat an apple in the morning or at school, it helps! It has more caffeine than coffee! Have a warm cup of hot chocolate, speak with a counselor, read one of you favorite books laying down in bed with a heating pad, listen to music, go swimming (only if its warm enough too!) I'm under a whole lot of stress and nobody understands me! Not even my friends... NOT EVEN MY MOM OR DAD!!! *sigh*. You have no idea. Nobody likes me at school, (except for my friends are mostly guys, and my crush.) And everyone thinks I'm retarded and I think I'm ugly. And, I'm not getting good grades, not getting enough sleep, my mom is in the hospital and has been away for 3 weeks now! And guess what?! Everyone says its going to be ok, but it's not! It's never ok! Not with me. I pray and pray everyday. I need help too. So don't feel like you're the only one out in the world like this, there's over a million people who want to commit suicied!

I know what you mean...My parents don't understand me either!I'm like just another person in this world,well at least that's what I think.I hope your mom gets better even though I don't know who you are but I wish y'all the best.Im stressed out too,nothing helps anymore.Im not depressed its just I'm not happy or sad I'm in between.Well anyways...wish y'all the best!

It's easier said then done but u have to have the courage to face the thing that's stressing u and get rid of it if u can

Either blow something up or shoot something, you have to do something destructive, it works a lot more than u think it would

this sounds like me a few months ago *sighs*
here's what i did:
Tried to remove myself from the stressors as much as possible (not easy it was parents and school)
attempted to find just what was so stressful about it and try to change/fix/alter it
OH SO MUCH MEDITATION- focusing on chakra balance is a good stress reliever, at least for me....focous on heart
listen to biennial beats for stress relief, easy to do constantly if you have ear buds
find someone to talk to and just bitch your heart out

Take a nice HOT bath up to the neck lots of bubbles and some good music !

one thing that is very calming is to stand up and then get in the position of a frog keep hands on the ground then lift lift knees up and down 25 times.

Weed is good but it's illegal, But you can also try a full message and a hot shower always works good, my girlfriend says yoga and a silent place to think and relax can't take it away!

Find a positive outlet to vent out all negativity!! For me it's the working out and boxing...soon to be Judo as well!!
