How to safely calm myself down from excitement?

Tomorrow I will be famous in my school for a picture taken. I want to foucus and concentrate in the next 17 hours, but I am way too happy to do so. How could i calm myself down from excitement?

congrats! take a rubber band and put loosely around the wrist that you write with. every time you think you might " explode" with happiness snap the rubber band on your wrist. this will help you focus a little easier. AND again CONGRATS
