When you are both mature enough to handle it and you know it will not sacrifice your relationship. Also, when you both are financially stable to have a house/apartment together.

When you are really committed to each other, so at least a few years.

when you're ready.
When you both are grown up and have jobs.
If you aren't content living alone, you won't be content living with anyone else. It's just like playing house if you are not committed in marriage. Statistically, couples that live together before marriage, have less successful marriages.
