Do muay thai or should I do Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu?
I want to do something that is a really good workout and something that will teach me very well self defense skills. someone told me that the stuff that the dad does on "taken" is muay thai, but i know that to be that good its years of practice and hard work. i am wanting to be able to do a lot of stuff that is just good fighting skills to not only learn but keep active. if you could give me ideas or tips suggestions that would be great!
