How to feel better when having a bad day? Any bad day experiences?
Just think. Be happy you were able to live another day. Be happy for what you have, someone always has less.
Sigh. Just let it pass... there's always tomorrow :)
Really just go outside and take a walk. Look around. Look at new faces. Get your attention off of the negative things. It will give you a fresh new perspective. Always works!
Just sleep, relax. Take your mind off the stress'
When I'm having a bad day I just go back to bed and start over or just listen to my favorite music ( it always puts me in a good mood)
I feel better after venting to my wife and she just calmly listens and lets me get things off my chest.
