Do trade schools that ask to see a copy of your diploma verify if it is legitimate?

Yes they do. I see by your other question that you do not have one. You can get a GED which will be the equivalent of a diploma. You MUST do the work to earn it though.

They generally ask to see official transcripts instead. I have heard of schools asking to see the diploma though.

yea and they got many other ways to see if u went to highschool and graduated
