How many hours of sleep should you get every night?

The medical community has always preached 8 hours. Of course there are the exceptions & different takes on the amount of time, but it's recommended to get 6 to 9 hours. Once again you run into people like myself that get 2 to 4 hours a night. It really is an individuals body calling the shots. Why do I get so little sleep & my wife can sleep for 10 hours. We're all different, but if you're tired all the tie you may need to sack out earlier

I don't sleep every night.. But I guess normal people sleep for 7-8 hours every night

I sleep 4-6 each night and feel very rested each day. I think it depends on the person and the specific needs for each body.

depends. for me, I need at least 8 hours, 9 if possible. I just can't function on less than 7, and if it falls 7-8 I have a hard time. usually I try for at least 9. my doctor said 8-10 hours is ok for me, so I shoot for 9 a night.

7 to 8 hours. You should keep a consistent sleep pattern as well.

The number depends on the person. I wake up after 5-6 hrs. Feel great.

Our body needs the right amount of sleep. If we get a lack of sleep we get weaker and suffer EYE BAGS but if we sleep more time (such as 10-12 hours), our body clock will change and it will do the time of your body's sleep and also will suffer EYE BAGS. For the best time, we should sleep 8-9 hours only because that is the best amount of sleep we can get.

Yes we need min 6 hours sleep for refreshment , It's like charging we do for our mobile Battery !!
when we work we get tired , after it we will charge our self for the next day By the means of sleeping !!

So If you sleep Well , Your day will be Great !!
