Drink a lot fluids to compensate what lost whether it was diarrhea or vomiting
Try to eat fibrous food to relief your digestive system, Salad of Vegetables will be helpful
Stay out " even for a couple of days " of high Cholesterol food that contains fats & oil
Also Stay out of soda beverages
