I like to garden when Im sad. because sunflowers are so beautiful and bright and they just make me happy.
I climb trees... Then scape my knees and elbows on the bark... Then take a shower and forget about what bugged my before while putting ointment onto the scrapes....

Well, if I were you, then I would talk to me. But when I'm feeling down, I either take a hot shower or I go to sleep. It's much better to sleep than to feel down about something.
Go out for a milkshake. 8)

Cry sometimes. Play a video game.

Listen to music or play Grand Theft Auto.
I get myself occupied or talk about it with my best friend.
Usually I workout.,Listen to soothing music.,get off the internet.,Talk with a spiritual master . May be you need a break.
I cry.
No use bundling it up.
Just lock the door, put on some loud music, and sob.
