I have a looonng dress shirt..My mother says well "Hey you can't cut that fabric". Is that true? Help!!

I'm no fashion designer..But here: 95% Nylon 5%Spandex 100%Polyester

You can as long as you hem the shirt again. But if you don't know what you're doing, I wouldn't try. Take it to someone who knows a little seamstressing.

I agree with Quester. Because of the fabric content, you have to REALLY know what you're doing to get it cut and re-hemmed correctly so it will hang properly. Spandex and nylon are difficult to work with.

You can wear legging or tights under the dress shirt.
