I'm 13 should I have bigger muscles?
I'm 13 and 5'4 I have good abs but I've noticed that I have little to no muscle on my arms.
Most 13 year olds don't have big muscles. it something you develop as you mature. Just eat right and exercise and you will develop them with time.
As long as you're eating right, you have nothing to worry about. Almost all girls will grow up fine with no muscles at all. But that doesn't mean you shouldn't take good care of yourself :)

If you want bigger muscles try lifting weights. If you don't have weights try push ups or google ways to build arm muscle.
you are only 13, you dont need big muscles.you are still growing
it's ok that stuff don't count untill your 16
Don't lift weights-it'll stunt your growth. If you want bigger biceps do chin ups. If you want triceps, do push-ups.
