Banning is an extreme measure and we don't do it lightly or a lot. Spam, continued and excessive vulgar language, inappropriate content, and illegal activity are the main reasons but continued blatant disregard for the Community Guidelines, even after being warned can also be a reason someone would be banned. Nicolerenee not sure it could be a number of things you can always contact CS to see if they have an answer.

I'm not sure if this answers your question but to erase your account you go onto settings and on the left side there is a "My Account" button you click on that and once you get on your account page you go all the way down and there is a paragraph you read it and do what it says.
