Eat better (veggies, plenty of fruit etc.) exercise (jogging etc.), loosing weight doesn't always have to mean starving yourself you can always eat the same but just change your portion size. You know yourself more than others so you know when you are full but you keep eating just because. And add plenty of activity's in your daily life if your busy a good 30 min jog or walk can help. But if your really committed 4 times a week of exercise is always great!
A good way to burn calories is swimming, I'm a swimmer and it works every muscle at once soo yep(: then you should eat breakfast do something with high protein so you don't get hungry as fast. Then lunch you should eat something small with a fruit and vegs. For dinner make sure you don't eat late but not to early you'll want a snack later. And eat something from like every food group make sure the are portioned right. Owe and drink a lot of water before you eat it will make you less hungry, eat slow because it takes a while for your brain to get the signal from your stomach saying your full. And what I do when I'm bored or in like the middle of a commercial I do jumping jacks squats some push-ups and so sit-ups(: just some pointers (:
Always begin and end your day with a workout, never eat before going to bed unless you workout first. Get a lot of sleep. Eat 4-6 small meals throughout the day and only intake what your body needs, if what you're eating has a lot of calories, eat less. Drink a LOT of water throughout the day. The best things for burning fat is running or core exercises, lifting often builds muscle, and muscle under fat isn't attractive. Also try sit-ups. I like to do 4 sets of 50 throughout the day. Try eating spicy food with lots of water, the spicy food will make you drink more water than you normally would and you'll eat less. If you're hungry try eating a filler like fruit, bread, or vegetables. And remember, sweat is your friend. Sweat is visual proof of calories being burned. Try other small things like parking in the last space so you can walk more, or try taking the stairs instead of the elevator. Stress also causes weight gain so try to be in a relaxed environment when possible.
