If you go to google.com/music, you'll sign into your google account, and download the "Google Music Manager" when it prompts you to. When you are done you will open the app and follow the steps. One of the steps will say upload music. She'll choose where she wants to upload it from, is she has an iTunes account she can upload it from there. On her phone there is an app called "Play Music". She'll open that and sign into her Google account if she already hasn't. When she does, all the music she uploaded will be saved to her own personal cloud and be available on all of her devices. If she wants to listen to it offline all she has to do is go to the Play Music app, click her menu button, click "Keep on Phone" and then choose the songs, albums, artists or playlists she would like to download to the phone fo offline play. If you have any more questions feel free to ask.
