a good work out for lower back is a low weight of bent over rows with dumbbells you should do 5 sets of 20-25 reps with a 45 sec break and foryour love handles 5 sets of twisting sit ups each set u should go till u can rest with about a min and a half between each set do this 3-5 times a week!
first loose the wheat as in bread eat at farmers markets instead of McDonalds be active and do stuff like what Cjkenkel said remember sugar and wheat give you lots of belly fat. also check out some documentaries on netflix (if you have netflix) you will learn much if you dont have netflix sign up for a 1 month free trial.P.S sorry for bad grammar im little kinda and my moms a health coach and i'm able to do way more than my friends i used to be kinda chub chub but now im not!

I finally joined weight watchers. It is teaching me to be more aware of how much I eat and changed my habits to choose healthy snacks. Loosing weight isn't fun or glamorous; it's work and dedication. A mix of a healthy diet with plenty of fruits and vegetables along with excercise is the answer to success. Good luck Twan77.
Do some sit ups or lots of crunches. That's what I would do, anyway. Running just takes my breath away, starving myself just made me all bi-polar and FAT (somehow...) and diets obvioulsy don't work for me. I say, "I should go on a diet." Then immediately I'm STARVING.! Just do something that works for you :)

Exercising makes me bord and I just don't want to do it. the best answer for you is to put on some good fast paced or danceable music. dance crazy while twisting your body and moving side to side and just act crazy. you wont even realize your exercising at all. also...eat what you want but just in proportion, read the back of the boxes or labels on the food and make sure your not eating a lot of saturated fats. your supposed to only take in 10 grams of saturated fat on a diet and 20 if your not. also when your sitting down, rock side to side but only moving the upper part of your body, or I should say mid section. I heard that sugar is what mostly makes us get big around our love handles and I love sugar damnit. ohh and not eating at all and then binge eating or regular eating after starving yourself actually tricks your body in a bad way and will actually make you gain weight
Sex. Lots and lots of sex. It burns calories as effectively as any other exercise, more than most, is extremely pleasurable, you don't dread doing it and doesn't require you to purchase any expensive equipment..Only problem is you can't do it alone..Well you can, you just won't lose any weight..Good luck!
before you go into all those exercises and cardio. control your diet meaning say no to junk food and eat healthy..smaller meals through out the day and please do not starve yourself cuz it turns out so bad and comes back at you even worse. and drink a lot of water
