If you had dark eyes as a baby then you eyes turn grey what does it mean?

Some people's eye change just because they change, but some change because of eye disease. I would get them checked to rule out any possibility of disease, even though the likelihood is slim. Eyes are something you really don't want to take chances with.

They may not be necessarily grey. It may be just the way the light is hitting them. And they're most likely a shade of blue.

It's normal. As babies, we all have blue eyes, over time your eyes will shift colors. This doesn't mean your mood changes or anything, it happens to everybody.
