I want to root my android Noir A10 4.0.4 ice cream sandwich but

but i want to know that before rooting my device can i backup my all data applications setting etc?? if yes then how ? and after rooting my device can i restore all of my data back to the device? is it Possible ? please guide me, Thanks in Advance

You need to first back up all your data applications so that they cannot get lost after rooting your phone. Some of the places to back up the data is in your memory card or on the hard drive. It is also possible for you to restore all the data that you have backed up.
