If you like to ride a skateboard, snowboard or horses, put that down.
If you like to burn stuff and look at young girls, don't put that.

Anything you do outside of work that may vaguely apply to your job. For example, if you are applying to be a vet tech, you can put down that you ride horses regularly. If you're applying as a social worker, you can say you volunteer on weekends. Stuff like that.

If you belong to a club or play sports, or have hobbies. People who belong to groups tend to know how to work well with others. And people have hobbies have a way to relieve stress. They tend to make well rounded employees.
