how to keep chicken breast warm for a couple hours?

I made cheese stuffed chicken breast topped with cream of mushroom for a valentines day picnic for my boyfriend and his friend. Unfortunately, it cooked a little too fast as my boyfriend is still at work for another 2 hours!! Is it even possible to keep the chicken warm and juicy until then? I have the breasts sitting on a foiled cookie sheet in the oven on 170 with the oven door cracked..any input SERIOUSLY helps. I feel so dumb!!!

Yes, you can keep it warm in the oven if its covered with a lid of alu foil, but it will always suffer a little bit. Dont keep the heat to high (I hope you mean Fahrenheit), perhaps 150F will do - otherwise it gets to soft and falls apart.

it would be better to cool it down quickly and get it into the fridge then re-heat it later. bacteria and germs grow quiker if things are warm. they must be either hot or cold.
