I need to file a serious complaint with the US Postal Service concerning the Postmaster at my local Post Office location. (Read Details!)

I'd like to file the complaint with her superior at the very least, but I don't know who that is or how to find out. How do I go about this, what do I do?

Don't call her supervisor....Call her district manager... i'd write the DC office....local managers won't do anything...

She is the local manager, so I have to go with district or higher. And thank you for your reply... What would it hurt to copy the complaint to both? :-)

? is this a employee or postmasrter themselves. if employee contact the postmaster. if postmaster then contact personnel in that districk. its 1-800# in your state.
