MODS -When are you going to fix the Glitches, Crashes, ectera on the IPhone Ask.com App? Any updates coming, soon?

I enjoy following my Connections, but it always says, oops, error try refreshing. I refresh and it either crashes or I get the same message. I can then go to Recent or Category without any problems. What's the problem with Connections?

Hi Lynnlynne - actually, our moderators aren't responsible for working on our mobile apps.

The problems you mention aren't documented issues, so I'd like to pursue this with you. Please send me a note via the Help Center (http://help.ask.com) and let me know which model iPhone you use and what version of iOS you're running. Thanks!

The app is working fine for me. I'm using safari on an iPhone 4S IOS 6.2

It must be my phone. I followed all directions that Eric recommended, but it hasn't resolved the issue. It's frustrating as I only use the app, as I'm unable to use my computer at present due to a medical issue.
