iPhone problems! Help?!

okay so two days ago i updated my iPhone 4s with the new 6.1.1 update and now my screen blacks out about every 30 seconds to 5 minutes any ideas on why this is???

well first, does it black out when you are using it or when it is just sitting, if it does it when it is sitting then just go under settings, display and light and look for back light timer and mess with that

That isnt working and my sound isnt working either not even the head phones
