I would like to gain muscle and strength I've been trying for15 years but don't seem to get all correct information and end up doing wrong

well heres what i did i did a lot of free weights and more weight. took some protein supplement called whey protein did that for a few months and i gained a lot of mass on my arms shoulders back muscles legs. plus the protein builds and rebuilds muscle. and no its not steroids its just natural protein

You need to eat right and workout for at least half an hour 3-5 days a week to see some results. Circuit training, aerobics, and/or weight lifting always helps.

you need to eat enough calories, make sure that you are getting enough water, you can't burn more calories than you eat because then your body will go into survival mode and take nutrients from your muscles and bones, also make sure you get enough sleep

free weights. they come w/ work out expressions. they build strenght, balance, co- ordination.

You can't gain muscle. You can gain fat and water weight. You can only further develop the muscle you already have. Understand?

No your wrong I gained from 110 to 180 in a year but then got an injury so I gues I did something wrong
