Spaghetti Bolgnese. The Bolgnese sauce is quite simple - pound of ground beef with a few cloves of garlic, an onion, can of tomato sauce and can of crushed tomatoes. Throw in some basil and oregano. I like to add some real tomatoes as well as some paprika and bit of chilli powder. YUM!

Hmm make eggs with diced green skinny small chilis and with diced onion beat the egg with the chili and onion in it and fry all 3 together and add salt and its really good :p or make some enfrijoladas :
*blend freshly made beans from the pot
*fry them until they boil in a pan
*in another pan put a bit of oil to heat up tortillas just so they are soft (but don't rip them)
*when you take out the tortillas from the pan one by one you pass it through the blended beans in the other frying pan
*roll them up on a plate and add:
-queso fresco
-sour cream
-chopped lettuce
-and home made salsa
*and on the side have a glass of jamaica water to accompany them and wow they are AWSOME! :D
Have fun & good luck

Wonton cheese sticks.
Buy string cheese and wonton wrappers.
Cut the string cheese sticks in half.
Place the 1/2 stick diagonally across the wonton wrapper. Fold the short corners up, then fold one side around. Wet the last side, and then wrap it around the outside. Repeat until you get a bunch of cheese sticks.
Bake at 400 F for 20 minutes.

Stuffed Pepper Chicken Philly
Grill chicken breast.
Chop 1 onion and 1/2 bell pepper, place in a skillet and cook with some coconut oil. Add 1 tbsp minced garlic.
Slice the chicken breast after its been allowed to cool a few minutes.
When the onion has reached the desired texture, add the chicken breast to the skillet. Mix and cook for 2 minutes.
Meanwhile, remove the tops of some whole bell peppers. Rinse.
Spoon the chicken/onion/pepper mixture into each whole pepper. Place a slice of provolone cheese on top. Bake at 400 F for 10 minutes.

:) Low cal and super low carb, but high fiber. Another favorite recipe is choco-banana wonton turnovers, but the OP didn't want sweet recipes. Chop banana and mix with the super-tiny dark chocolate chips, put 1 tsp in the middle of a wonton wrapper, wet the edges and fold the wonton over to make a triangle. Bake 400 F for 20 minutes. Drizzle with honey.

Are you a chef or something? lol wow..Great ideas. My friend made shrimp wontons for a gathering I had. They are so good..She gave me the recipe but have not tried it yet. She also gave the the left over wontons so when I saw your ideas I thought.great! I am clueless what do do with them..something not deep fried.. I like your first recipe using them..Will try that. I even put this page on "my favorite" so I can write down the recipe when I have a moment.

Haha not at all, I got all of these recipes from my friend off of Pinterest! We both have PCOS and are losing weight (gotta REALLY avoid the carbs with PCOS), so we swap recipes all the time for low-carb foods. Plus we both love simple recipes. I have others, too, especially desserts. My gpa is type 1 diabetic so gma had to make food healthy for him, but yummy for all of us grandkids lol.

Shrimp wontons sound awesome. Does she do it like a rangoon, or more of an hor d'oeuvre shrimp-in-wonton? (P.S. Chopped shrimp and chopped cabbage makes great eggroll filling.)

That is the recipe.. Really yummy not sure how healthy tho:(
Report as
Mmmmmm it sounds really good. I've not heard of the Neufchatel cheese before though. I imagine it wouldn't be too bad for you since there's not a whole lot of cheese/mayo in each. Just as long as the crabmeat is packed in water, otherwise it might contain a lot of salt.

I'm gonna have to try that one! Good thing I just bought wontons ^.^

LOL. I will keep wonton wrappers at max 3 days, because they get hard quickly. Just put them in a ziplock bag and get as much air out as possible.

Utoh..3 days..I had mine since December hahahahaha My how times just passes quickly! Out they will go!! dang..

LOL. Luckily they're not that expensive. I do get annoyed that I never get to finish a package though :-/ I bet you could make the entire package worth of cheese sticks and freeze them. Haven't tried it but I can't imagine it'd be a problem.
On Pinterest you click one of the little pin/tag/card things, and if you click "repin" you put it on your own board so you can come back to it. Kinda like taking a card out of a pile and putting it on an actual tack board.

Oh wow.Great stuff..Now I have to save this entire comment session hahaha... I found great stuff with the sites you added..I will ask my frined how to use Pin, So much is offered! TY!!! Very helpful..

ohhh I just picked a recipe there and emailed it to myself haha
On the cheese sticks..I don't understand how to roll them..Do you put the half cheese stick in middle and roll from both tips then wet the other 2 tips and like fold those toward the center.?.Kind of hard to explain:(
Report as
Oh you're very welcome. I'm just passing along what others gave me. :)

Yeah its kinda weird to explain. When you lay the cheese stick in the wonton, it sits diagonally. So first you fold the two short corners up and over the ends of the cheese sticks. You take one of the remaining corners and wrap it around the stick, and you can kinda tuck in the tip underneath the cheese. Then the last corner gets wetted and wraps around the whole thing. (there's a picture on the keller pinterest and 2 pictures on the tucker pinterest.)

tucker pinterest...keller pinteredt???? why aren't both ends watered to prevent from cheese sliding out etc..One end?? oh my

One person's username is ktucker5886, and the other user name (me!!!) is lkeller36. That's what I was referring to. Click the first one, there's two different pictures (different "pins") of the cheese sticks.

I personally wet the short corners, yeah, but its simpler to just skip that and isn't required.

OH ok good!! So people like click to [let us say your name] and then they see the recipe? Do they become a follower etc of you or the name they click for future ideas?

If you follow me, my new pins will show up on your pinterest homepage. You can also use the search bar to find me, navigate to my account, and look at the whole board.

If you see something you like, you click on it and can see the whole thing that I pinned (including my comments.) If you click on the picture again, it takes you to the original website the recipe is from. If you've clicked once and want to go back to the rest of the board, just click anywhere outside of the white box.

At any point you can "repin" something you like - just click the button that appears - to your own board, for quicker access.

Alrightie it is past my bedtime LOL. I hoped that helped a little. You can keep posting and I'll catch it tomorrow. :) Have fun!

Soup from scratch if you have the time. I make it a lot- it's actually pretty easy.

Find whatever you have for chicken base. Start to heat 1 quart of water, then follow the directions on the container. Make sure to heat for at least a minute 30 so the chicken base is fully dissolved. (If it isn't, it doesn't particularly matter, since you're going to be boiling it a few different times.) When it's dissolved, stir in an eighth of a teaspoon of garlic powder. You can put more if you have a stuffed- up nose, etc., but start with that. When you put the chicken base in, the water turns cloudy, so boil it until it isn't (about 3 minutes.) While that is boiling, measure out I cup of egg noodles, I cup of frozen vegetables, and if you have any around, a half cup of cut-up chicken. Put the noodles in first, and cook that for around 10 minutes, depending on how high you have the heat. Put the frozen vegetables and the chicken in towards the end. When the soup is finished, garnish with parsley leaves.

I made this recipe up myself, and I like it so much that I usually end up eating the whole pot.

Encrusted Potatoe Chip Tilapia! food should be fun family orientated and simple thus this main course has only a 30min bakeing time and maybe a 20/25 min prep time acording to your kitchen function.#1 preheat your oven no more than 350º, #2 You and your familys favorite brand or flavor potatoe chips (depending on the size of your family it is up you on the bag size) NOTE: The more chips the better the crunch! The chips will be then mixed (By the kids!) In a mixing bowl with your fa. panko or bread crumbs. Next in another mixing bowl add butter, milk & eggs to mixture a eggwash. Finally Season Tilapia way you norm. Would, dip the season fish LIGHTLY dont over coat or ur encrusted potatoe chip panko will not bake properly. After in eggwash roll the fish in your fresh potatoe chip panko on both sides. Place the fish on a baking sheet tray with foil and drizzle some olive oil on top for baking in flavor! REPEAT Untill all your fish is eggwashed... coated in panko and placed on sheet tray and drizzled with oil. Bake for 30/35 mins and acompany with your favorite steam veggies or galic infused veggies ENJOY LETS "CHEF IT UP!" Salute Chef Thomas Federico
