help! my hair is falling out. I don't use any hair gel or spray. what could be causing this? I'm 19yrs old

Eat multivitamins or eat healthy. Drink water too. And use a protein based shampoo or a shampoo that'll help with hair loss.

If its falling massively contact your doctor and if its an illness he can refer you to a specialist
