Where the help do you work? Nice manager, are you alone in this deal or are there others facing the same BS Talk to some of your co-workers & see if anybody else is in your boat. With it just being 1 person it turns into a he said she said or a revenge deal. But, if there are others then the ball is now in your court. If any super, manager, shift boss, owner knows that it is going to be a few people, they change their tune. Why this clown is acting like an ask is odd. Sounds like a personal deal, has there been trouble between you & he / she?
no they cant. if you do not want to leave then dont. if they want you out, they will have to fire you. if i were you i would start looking for another job now, just in case. the last thing you want to do is go onto unemployment
I've seen people resign & get unemployment although they may deny it at first but you can dispute. Either way, just don't let them fire you. You need a job reference. As someone else said, start looking for another job now. It's easier to get a job when you already have one. Go figure.
