I have weight loss issues and need help!
I'm 17, 234 lbs, and I want to lose weight. I drink a lot of soda (though I'm trying to cut down) and I have trouble. I can't find the motivation to exercise, even though I want to, I don't. I say I'll put it off later. I've done diets, I've exercised, but even when I do it doesn't seem like I lose any weight. I try to eat healthy but my lack of results in the past has discouraged me from doing anything. I need help! I don't know where or how to start or what to do.
