Well, some of these I wouldn't be interested in because I don't care how much maintenance it takes...I just love 'em! So I looked up some things & found these: I love the idea of fish because there are so many kinds, even just goldfish which are just beautiful! There are hermit crabs. Birds are pretty low maintenance, supposedly. You've got gerbils & guinea pigs (which I love, especially the long-hairs). And on the list was cats. I think they were on the list because of their independence. Now, I will say, I would never have an outside cat...too much can happen to them. And they make clumping litter now & self-cleaning litter pans. So really, other than their one-time spaying or neutering & yearly shots, I think they really are low maintenance. Some are more loving than others. Some will only give you the time of day when THEY want to; some will give you the time of day actually when you need it. LOL It totally depends on the personality. So there's my list. Happy hunting for your pet & greatest of luck. They're all wonderful!
guinea pigs, they are ment to live in a group or a pair.they can live in an outside hutch or an inside cagey-hutch thing. I had two but one died and I only have one now.she's fine.really bubbly,so cute ,low maintenance.
If u dont have real small kids,A red ear slider water turtle they only eat one time a week.there really not that bad of a pet an they do beg like a dog witch is cute. not nice for little kid you do have wash hands after handlng them an you can play with them on floor. an there quite witch is nice.doesnt need to be handed all the time.
I would say a turtle. Yeah a turtle. Because fish need lots of maitnance. You need to clean theyre water, wich takes a long time, and you need to feed them. And believe it or not, they die from really loud noises
