Say im under weight what are some method of eating but also staying lean or in shape
If you're underweight, it's not a bad idea to eat some foods that won't keep you exactly, "Fit" or "in shape". Just eat a little worse than normal :)
Best bet is to eat enough fatty food (good fat) like plenty of nuts, avocado, rice, LOTS OF PROTEIN!
well fat ways more than muscle, so lifting weights , doing crunches, and push ups might help
