When your abs & arms are sore from a workout what is the best way to fall asleep?
I just don't wanna feel like this in the morning :(
If you just worked them out tonight, you're going to be sore in the morning. Being sore is a good thing, it means you've done something. I would suggest soaking in a hot bath with epsom salt. You can buy this at Wal-Mart for fairly cheap.
too bad gotta get used to it kid untill you get used to the workouts and whatever your gonna be sore so just deal with it
Painkillers and sleeping on you back work
you are going to feel even worse :/ but the more you move the shorter time you will be sore
Take a hot bath
