I get freaked out by looking any adults in the eye does anyone know what this could possibly and how i could work on it?

when i have to listen to teachers give intructions or lectures or stuff like that i just look at their necks because it freaks me out to lok into their eyes and i was wondering if anyone knew what this was and how i could work on it

You may just be nervous or intimidated by adults, just try looking everyone in the eyes when you talk not weird like though

Too much time to think of things to obsess about. Look at people when they speak to you whether you want to or not. Eventually you will forget that this bothered you.

Whatever you do, do not look directly into there eyes, adults are like Medusa, once you look in there eyes....... your screwed

They're not scary at all. An adult is no greater or lesser of a person than a kid. Sometimes kids are even smarter.

I used to find it hard to look them in the eyes as well, I find something that helps with this is to look at either their nose right between the eyes, or an eyebrow. They wont often realize that you're looking at their nose or eyebrow, because it still looks like you're looking at that area of their face. And it's a lot less intimidating. Good luck!

It's because of authority. You'll get out of the stage just try to look in there eyes.

Talk to them more, speak up.
I'm very outgoing and I used to be shy using those tips, they'll love you! Just speak loud, be funny and nice and get to know them and look them in the eye like they're a peer, ESPECIALLY when your in trouble (do t speak loud then!)

I do all that amd im very loud and outgiimg but it just freaks me out to look in tjeir eyes
