Two things I've found helpful, one is walking, it's pretty easy, you can do it any time, I mean you could even use it as an excuse to go shopping lol. Another would be Crunches, they're a great way to strengthen your stomach muscle, and even just 15-20 a day will help (15-20 only takes a few minutes). And lastly I suggest eating Jalapeno's in a lot of food, because they're a known way to raise your metabolism, meaning you can eat more food without gaining as much weight. In other words if you keep eating the amount you're eating now, it'll help with loosing weight. I suggest doing all three of these. Good luck!
Make a daily log of everything you eat. Study it each night and decide what can be cut out or cut down upon. I've heard that eating 4 or 5 SMALL meals is better than eating a few LARGE meals. Try cutting out breads, white rice and potatoes.
Less fatty food, A LOT less! Swimming (not very hard and fun) and take up a sport, you'll lose weight and have a love for one sport, at least! Get a calorie counting app it makes you more conscience of your weight and diet! Hope I helped!
