How can I get my kids back from c p s if they are corrupt ? I'm feeling like there's little hope with the things they are doing to my family

I live in Oregon

Get a lawyer...and good luck. They don't usually remove your children for no reason.

Why did they take your kids in the first place? That would help with giving an answer.

Well , nobody had asked yet . They took my children stating that my fiancee and two of my four children's father is a ' untreated unregistered sex offender ' ...we have a defamation suit filed on them . They still have our kids. My fiancee has no sex charge whatsoever on his record !

Oh boy. I don't know how they can mistake that!! So you've already got an attorney for the suit. What are they saying? I'm thinking with that kind of charge you won't be able to get them back until he is cleared. Did you have your lawyer talk to the courts to get this rushed to trial? I know under special circumstances that can happen. Good luck

well it all depends on the reason why they got takin a way.. if they took them their must be a big reason or case for it.. now to get them back it's not that easy.. you got to go thru allllll the precidures, appointments, court rules ..gonna be some work !

CPS doesn't take your kids away for no reason. Only way to get them back, is to follow the rules. Why'd your kids get taken away? Do what they tell you to do.
And you're worried about CPS being corrupt?

Hi there CJ, how are ya?

Trust me , I get the ' work ' part lol I've been doing it . The reason I believe it's corrupt is because they tell me to go somewhere on the days I have my class , it's more important and now that I went when I come back to court they say I haven't ' engaged ' in services and I'm loosing time and closer to loosing my kids . To me that is corrupt !

Shutting down for the night. I showed the question to my husband, he responded, " We wouldn't have to control our anger if people would learn to control their stupidity". Lol. My husband is "weetman". Stay safe.
