How can I make sure that I have a successful run of 30 minutes each morning?

It used to be such an easy success for me to run for 30 minutes and I really enjoyed it. Running first thing in the morning really helps me to have motivation for the whole day, and things that go wrong don't bother me as much, I'm much less antsy, and it helps me not eat bad food. Recently so often I get bored from the run, it is too hard or I have negative thoughts about myself, and I just can't keep running, and I walk home so depressed. I'm trying to change my routine so that might help me not get bored, but then it is harder and I sometimes give up or still get bored. I also try to recite affirmations of running statements, like "I can run forever" and "I win every race" to keep me focused and motivated, and that helps a little bit, but not really. I keep a chart of my workout goals to help me know what I need to be doing. I have a couple people I can run with in the morning, and that helps for keeping me going, but we don't really run as fast as I need to, so I still need to run more when we're done running together. Please if you have any ideas, especially if you're a runner yourself, I really need to make sure I have a successful run each day. Thank you.

The best way of making sure that you have a successful run of 30 minutes each morning is by creating a workout schedule. Make sure that you give yourself plenty of time to run in the morning and make sure that you have already prepared your running clothes. You also need to set a target that you will attain each day. make an alaarm on your phone and tell yourself you cannot______ until you do the run.

Try listening to music. Or looking at the scenery and play scenarios or acts in your head. Like a battle in the woods and you're running past it. Create a scene. A movie. A play. Go wild with imagination. That's what I do when I'm bored. I make things up. And the good part about it. I dream about it when I sleep and I really feel like in there.
