How do photos get on your Iphone photo stream because i have photos i haven't taken in my photo stream? can you explain please?

it might not be downloaded in the right place. You should call for technicians help.

If your iTunes account is connected with another iPhone and that iPhone takes pictures. It'll appear in your photo stream on your phone.
