How to lose weight fast! Need help!
I'm 15 years old and want to lose weight. I'm 5'6 and weigh around 130 lbs. My doctor said I'm not over weight and I'm healthy but i always feel bulky and not slender and petit like a lot of girls I know. How do I lose some weight!! Normally I would be going to the gym but the one I belong to is under construction so I can't work out. I live in the city so my parents don't really like when I go out on runs. I try to eat healthy but it gets tricky so what's some good advice on how to lose body fat??
