How to lose weight fast! Need help!

I'm 15 years old and want to lose weight. I'm 5'6 and weigh around 130 lbs. My doctor said I'm not over weight and I'm healthy but i always feel bulky and not slender and petit like a lot of girls I know. How do I lose some weight!! Normally I would be going to the gym but the one I belong to is under construction so I can't work out. I live in the city so my parents don't really like when I go out on runs. I try to eat healthy but it gets tricky so what's some good advice on how to lose body fat??

If that is you in your avatar....you look like a toothpick! If you need to do a workout at home, walk up and down the stairs for cardio or sit-ups, push-ups, run in place....there is a lot you can do! Hell, they have Zumba for the WII systems too!

If you lose weight now you would be considered anorexic because you are already at the normal rate.

Anorexia isn't something you should say when your referring to someone whos just skinny. It's a disease and a family member of mine suffers from it. Please learn what it is so you don't say things like that

Well actually a friend of mine battles it everyday after she lost tons of weight when she was a normal weight, and she could never gain it back. She has trouble keeping food down because her body is used to the low body weight and cant take many calories. Your not the only one who has a close connection with this situation. Please learn there are other people out there before you say things like that ;)

Well, as you're already a very healthy weight you really shouldn't stress about your weight at all.

If going out alone and your gym aren't an option try joining a sports team or club at your school or look for sports activities for young people in your area. You'll meet great people, have training buddies to motivate you and it'll boost your confidence.

Having an improved diet can make you feel really good. Try and eat plenty of fruits and veg, wholegrains and lean proteins. Drink plenty of water. If you feel like a snack try some raisins or almonds. Avoid sugary drinks, fast food, unhealthy snacks etc. *DON'T* skip meals or let yourself go hungry.

Your weight's already perfectly fine but getting active and making sure you have a good balanced diet can make you feel good.

u arent over weight. dont feel fat. i know a girl who is the exact same size and shes hot. she felt the same way but dont change cuz youre probably beautiful

Special K! I swear by that food plan, follow their diet plans given on the box and you will shed them fast. I lost at least 20Ibs in a month. My personal favorites by the line is the Chocolately Delight Cereal and the Special K Cereal bars in Blueberry; those two foods make you feel as though you aren't even on a diet they are so yummy. :D Good Luck.

The trick is to eat right and exercise right. HIIT (see above) is a way to work out for less time with positive gains. Example: Instead of going to a 45 minute "jog", try sprinting at 80% max speed for 30 seconds, then jog for 45s to a minute to recover. Do this for 20-25 minutes. I lost almost 50 pounds by following the above advice and can now run better than most people in my area.
Also, generally, cut down on carbs, don't eat anything with "enriched white flour" (whole grain only), increase protein, and increase geen and leafy veggies. Eat orange veggies instead of white (sweet versus white potatoes), etc.

Try to avoid to MAXIMAM extent 1) oil
2) rice 3)SUGER . Eat more of fruits, oats, vegetable like cucumber preferably raw. Use SUGER free.
Try to do every day 1hour brisk walking or thread mill. No non veg. Have patience upto 1 year. Monitor your wt weekly. Whenever u broke
