Does anyone wear a night guard? And does it help with loose teeth?

I have three loose teeth on both upper sides of my mouth. I wear a night guard now made by my dentist but am afraid it is to late to save my teeth.

I think it depends on how loose they are and what caused them to become loose. Wear the night guard; it'll give the loose teeth a rest from being irritated overnight. Also, be aware if you're clenching or grinding your teeth even during the day. If you are, ask your dentist to show you a couple of exercises to help your jaw muscles to relax.

I think you should follow your dentist's instructions. If it's too late to save them, then not wearing the guard won't help, and maybe the guard can help you.

I use them, I tend to grind my teeth, and using them is the best bet, and they form them to the shape of your teeth so I don't think it will straighten out to be honest
