I love apples, and I eat approximately 5 of them a day. Is this good or bad for my overall health?
I eat apples because of the taste, no other reason. However, I found out recently that they are good for lowering your bad cholesterol, but I was also told that they contain a lot of natural sugar and can, along with other sugars, cause diabetes. Would someone tell me if it is a danger or something good for me to eat all these apples ever day?
