If you have 3 fast people on one team and 3 slow people on the other,is that fair?

yes it is fair its not the other teams fault that they are slow (boxing matches just because im better doesnt mean its unfair)

If the other 3 are slower,I assume they are bigger so they can crush the other team.

Like Doc says ... it depends.

You say it's football. Speed isn't everything in football. Throwing, catching, and blocking abilities are just as (if not more) important.

But guess what? Life isn't fair. Seldom will life give you competitions where you are evenly matched.

Hey that's life, kid. If you mean a first string team and a second string team then yeah that's how it oughta be. If you mean two opposing teams, well too bad, you can't trade one of your slow kids for a fast kid from the other team. And no, not everybody should get a freakin' TROPHY!

It's not equal or balanced; but it's fair. Isn't that the nature of teams that compete? Part of the contest is assembling a team that has some advantage. One team may be faster, the other may be smarter. Use the advantages you do have.
