GE Monogram Refrigerator, The Evaporator Fan Cuts off all of the sudden and everything starts to melt

Had the evaporator fan motor replaced last week, but it still foes the same thing. It works fine for a couple of days, and then all of the sudden the fan just cuts off. Also, I have noticed that the temperature board, where you can change temperature settings, when it reaches a desired temperature, it shuts off and goes blank. May that be what is wrong or some sort of wiring problem?

May be getting too much voltage....so you would need to replace the voltage regulator, also could be the thermostat.
