Every time I click Follow on Instagram, it immediately unfollows the person. I've already tried reinstalling the App.

There might be an error with the Instagram site that makes it impossible to follow people. You can try doing so at a later time when the server is up. You can contact Instagram help center for further assistance from the following site http://help.instagram.com/customer/portal/emails/new.

shut your phone off try clicking follow again and if that doesnt work contact Apple!
