What easy fast steps will help me sing like i use to?

Im a girl and since im in the advance choir my music teacher is making me sing with the boys as a tenor for the play that we are doing because we have a small group of boys (and only three can sing out if 9). My voice want go as high anymore and now i sound like a boy singing. And i hate it. But i have a solo in the play that has high notes. Please help!!!

The first thing you will do is to warm up to your voice. This will include humming your favorite song while rising up your notes at a pace. Secondly, breathe correctly and then sing the part with the higher note, while assuming to throw a Frisbee with energy. Try to find the right vowel modification and then repeat the whole process again. Practice for some few days will get you back to your original voice.

Will this help improve my voice fast because its making me talk lower too
