What will help me become more flexible?

Im not as flexible as i would like to be. What will help me? Im 14 right now so would it be to late?

Yoga is a good idea. As a 14 year old that might not be an option. Every morning and night before bed stretch. Do some way stretches at first, you should slowly be able to stretch more for longer periods time

Stretch every day. Once in the morning once at night

Stretch at least 30 minutes a day..go look on youtube on how to stretch, there alot of videos

Stretch all the time! I used to be so unflexible but I stretch everyday and now I'm more flexible than I was! Just don't over stretch your muscles (like force it) slowly work farther and farther

Warm your body up with exercise or a warm shower and slowly stretch as far as you can without bouncing .

Strech, I started last year at 13 and I can do gym flexes! If you need a list, just ask :)

Do each stretch for aleast 30 seconds, 1 minute if possible. Each time stretch further if possible.
-L stretch (Each leg)
-Pike stretch (both legs in front of you)
-Lay with your legs up on a wall and body on floor, let legs fall as far down as possible.
-Place leg on a dresser on something, and lean forward onto it.
-Try and do splits, may not go down far, but you'll stretch good!
-Butterfly stretch, both feet put together and brought close to you so legs are on floor.
-Lunge
-Put front leg in lunge and back leg straight out and lunge forward.
-Lay flat on floor and bring one or both legs toward head

*Dont over do it! If you do these stretches each morning and night you may be able to achieve your splits soon! DO NOT OVER DO IT!

-curl into ball and roll around on floor, stretches back out.

yoga yes. doing slowly postures and gradually you'll able to do it. first do cardios before performing yoga. It will losen your muscles.

stretch every day doing that flexible trick. Hold it for 2 minutes straight...yoga gymnastics and dance will help to achieve this goal!

Stay active bike riding,walking,running or jogging.And at night before you go to bed do 30 minutes of stretching.Its usually when your body is most fatigue.If your consistent and do it every night you"ll see the difference.P.S.It is never to late(dont forget lots of water)Good Luck

i would say yoga eating healthy and moving around allot also stretch when possible but id say yoga would benefit best :-)

it is NEVER too late to become flexible. im 14 also, and i used to do gymnastics for 6 years. even though i quit i still do gymnastics for fun. u dont have 2 take a serious class, just take a beginner class. trust me its so much fun and i wish that i can do it again. HAVE FUN!!!

Its never too late to become flexible in my opinion!! Just start stretching a little every day and push your self a little every day but be careful not to hurt yourself!!!
