Imagine being trapped with 4000 people in a floating nightmare with no electricity, no lights, no air conditioning, in 100 degree heat, with almost no food or water, and NO WORKING TOILETS. Thousands of people going the bathroom into trashcans and plastic bags for a week. Disgusting? I think "disgusting" is putting it mildly.
The Cruise ship, apparently had a fire in the engine room which caused the turbines to stop to a halt. After that I don't really know but for some reason human waste was getting everywhere and it smelled really bad in the hallways. Then the water and electricity stopped working a couple times and people were stuck with zero visibility the entire night. Then the crew did a wonderful job keeping people entertained and tried their best to make the terrible experience better.
