hey, sometimes I get these awful pains in the middle of my leg part that's a few inches under my knee.. it feels like I'm being stabbed ..

is that bad? it goes away after a couple minutes but I get it almost every day. and I get the same feeling in the center of my foot ( below toes ).. and both are only on my left leg.. I want to know if I means anything

Could be a pinched nerve, strained muscles or even dehydration if you're not getting the proper amount of fluids.

I barely drink water? I mostly drink juices or milk ..sometimes I don't drink water for a whole day could that be why?

That could absolutely be why. If you're fairly active like I am, you need to drink a lot of water or it'll do a number on your leg muscles, I had the same problem, it was because my body wasn't being properly hydrated. Good luck!

Muscle cramps! Drink plenty of water and eat bananas. The potassium in bananas will remove the lactic acid built up in your muscles that's causing the cramps.

Sounds like pulled muscle, pinched nerve. Do you play sports?
If it continues you should see the doctor for relief.
