In school cafeterias, how come the main drink has been 1 cup of milk?

I've always wondered why they don't have a bigger variety of drinks.

Moo juice...its a healthy source for nutrition, helps the body and mind. I suggest liquefied spinich >:)

Here ya go, I put a lid on it for ya, I know how nervous you get when flying ... there's really nothing to be afraid of, we're just blasting through the sky at 500 MPH in a metal tube, no biggie.

In order to meet federal funding guidelines they have to supply a source of calcium. No milk no funding.

People in the ages that one us a student need calcium more then at other ages. Yes we still need calcium at ages both younger and older then k4 through 12th grade ages (especially females) but we need it mist in those years.
