Do you mean your existing family, or one you intend to have later on?
Depends on your relationship with them also. Personally, I would chose career any day. At least I know my work with it might actually pay off. But if your family likes you, then it might be more of a dilemma, and I'd definately choose family if I was in that position.
Family. Due to lack of business loyalty to their employees you can dedicate a large majority of your life to them and they can't give you any promices that you'll be there tomorrow. Family, however is always there for you.
Family. I had fallen for the career path in my you get years and before I realized it my kids were almost grown and I missed out on a lot that can't be replaced an frankly I didn't feel like I had a real bond with my kids. After changing all that I'm so glad I did, wish I had done it sooner.
