How should I work out? (read more)

Should I work out my biceps and chest, then my triceps and shoulders? Or should I work out my biceps and shoulders, then my triceps and chest?

I would suggest you put pulling muscles, biceps and back in the same workout, and pushing muscles tri's, chest and shoulders in the same workout. You didn't mention that you train your back, so if you don't (which I can't recommend) do shoulders and bi's. Leg training is very demanding, if you train legs, do them on a separate day.
