Follow these steps and I promise your hair will grow. Wash your hair every 2-3 days only. Use Mane N Tail conditioner after every wash. It's about $5 for a huge bottle. (It's a horse shampoo/conditioner and can be found at Walmart or beauty supply stores) Use Mane N Tail shampoo every other wash. Also $5. Use a sulfate free shampoo on the days you don't use Mane N Tail. Apply Argan Oil or Coconut Oil to wet hair after showering. Do not heat style. No straightening, curling, blow drying etc. or at least cut back. There are ways to do heatless styles. Check Pinterest. Take Biotin. It's a B vitamin and promotes hair growth, skin health and nail growth. Deep condition once a week. Try hot oil treatments at least once a month.
My hair is growing like crazy. It makes me happy. (:
I have the same problem. Make sure you keep your hair healthy, thats the most important thing when you are trying to grow out your hair. Dont burn your hair. I know it might sound supper hard to do but make sure you dont use a flat iron or a curling iron or a blow dryer. Wash your hair before you go to bed so you dont have to use a blow dryer. And instead of curling your hair you can braid it when its wet and sleep with it in and when you take it out you will get really pretty curls. Also try your best getting trims every month or so to get rid of the spit ends. Hope this helps. ~Love_Music<3~

Actually, I heard from my beauty friend that cutting your split ends just gets rid of the hair and doesn't really work. I might be wrong though. You might do this already. If you have long hair, tie it up in the shower after conditioning so the body wash doesn't damage hair. The best thing you could do in my opinion is not to damage your hair and eat healthy.
Hair is dead skin cells and once past the follicles DO NOT GROW. THE follicles remain one size. There is no way to "grow" 'dead' hair longer, but you can make it look 'fuller' by certain hair products like conditioners, etc.
